All HWRC Members (including the Board and Summer Swimmers) are being assessed $200 this spring.  This assessment was approved by a membership vote to fund the pool’s plaster repair capital improvement.

Assessment payments are due by April 15, 2023, with a $50 fee for late payments. Online payments will have 3.49% in fees added to cover the cost of processing. You may avoid this 3.49% processing fee by mailing a check for $200 to:

You can have this assessment fee waived if you recruit a new in-bounds member to purchase a membership sold by the HWRC Board!  The Board has a limited number of new memberships available for a joining fee of $1000.

Details About Waiving Your Assessment:

• The new membership must be purchased directly from the Board.  Contact HWRCmembership@gmail.com to get started.
• The new member must pay their joining fee by April 1, 2023
• The new member must also tell the Board who referred them to purchase the membership.

Annual dues will be invoiced separately in mid-April, and must be paid by June 1 to avoid a late fee.
