Want to host a party or other event without needing to clean your house?  Host your event at the HWRC Clubhouse!  Any adult member of HWRC is welcome to rent the HWRC Clubhouse.

Here’s what you need to know.

Available rental times:

• • Weekdays 1 to 5pm and 6 to 8pm.
    
  • Saturdays 10am to 8pm.
    
  • The Clubhouse cannot be rented on Sundays or holidays
  • Rentals are 2 hours in duration.  
  • The general members are permitted to swim and access the Clubhouse during the time of your event

Cost for 2 hour rental: 

$50 Monday-Friday

$80 Saturdays

Cost includes 2 hour use of the Clubhouse and up to 10 non-member guests.  This rental does not include use of the pool or tennis courts.

You’ll be prompted to pay this fee to confirm your reservation time.  In addition to this fee, you will need to pay the guest fee for any non-member attendees above the 10 included with the reservation.  You can pay this guest fee online or in person at the clubhouse on the day of the party.

Advance booking:  Clubhouse reservations should be made as early as possible.     

Food, Cake, and Presents:  A table will be reserved for your use in the clubhouse.  Please keep all paper products (present wrapping, napkins, streamers, etc.) in the clubhouse.  Paper in the pool can clog the filters and may result in you losing your deposit.

The member making the party reservation must be in attendance for the entire event.

Cleanup:  You are responsible for cleaning up the Clubhouse after the party is over.

Non-member guests:  If you have more than 10 non-member guests, they are welcome at the regular guest fee.  You are responsible for ensuring they abide by the Rules and Regulations of use of the HWRC facility.  Purchase guest passes for your non-member guests here.

How to reserve your party:  Choose your time and date on our Facilities Calendar and complete checkout at least 72 hours in advance of your party.
