Hills West Rec Club has several activities available for your summer fun, and members are an integral part of how the club works. As a member, you’ll be asked to help out with tasks that keep the pool well maintained, clean, and beautiful (called work jobs). In return, you’ll receive a discount on your membership dues, and more importantly, get the opportunity to enjoy a summer full of activities in a beautiful, well-cared-for facility, including:

• Adult Only Swim (see below)
• Tennis (on your own)
• Pickleball (on your own)

Information for Members

Summer Pool Hours: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Members, please make sure you observe these hours and follow the club rules regarding swimmers under 18 years of age and guest supervision.

 

Lifeguard Swim

• Lifeguards will be on duty from 1:00-4:50 pm, Monday-Friday.
  • Check our calendar online for updated information.
• Members children 7 and older can swim during lifeguard hours without an adult if they have passed the swim test and it is on file with the lifeguards.
• Please note that guests that are not members of the HWRC are not allowed to accompany minors to lifeguard swim without an adult member present.
• You must be 18 or older to swim without an adult member present when no lifeguards are on duty at ANY TIME.

Pool Parties

There are usually a few scheduled pool parties throughout the season. Members are not able to reserve the pool for private parties, all members are welcome to swim and use the facility during the times that the clubhouse and pool are open (7:00am to 10:00pm). Click on Parties for more information.

Every member household is given the opportunity to perform tasks to reduce their annual membership dues. To decide which job would suit you, or learn more about work jobs, check out our Work Jobs page or contact the HWRC Secretary for more details.
